Where can I buy a cheap winter formal dress?
This is my first winter formal, and we're a bit short on money, so I was wondering where a good place to get a cheap dress was. I have olive skin, dark brown eyes and medium dark brown/reddish hair. I'm about 5', maybe a little shorter, so I was hoping for suggestions on color and style.
Watch ads in the paper, when there is a sale go and check it out or go to a second hand store, lots of people take dresses there, not goodwill a second hand store is different.
