How do I fix my Toshiba DVD Player ?
I have a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6898 laptop that I recently had to reboot. I used the recovery disk to start everything over. However, when I tried to use the Toshiba DVD player after that, the program was gone! So I downloaded it from software.informer.com, but then an "error has occurred in audio output settings. Please check that the sound driver is set up properly." I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS!!! Can someone tell me how to fix by laptop DVD player or even refer me to a better downloadable one. I really want my player back.
Your recovery disk may not have all the software (at least not the latest patches) on it.
