Compaq Presario 1500 Laptop DVD Combo drive acting weired? Can read CD's and DVD's properly but problem while CD burning.
Few months back everything was just fine but one fine day i guess my sister played some scratched disk in it and after that CD burning never worked. One day a friend of mine tried blowing some air on the lens to remove dust if any .. surprisingly it started working.. burned some 2 or 3 disk that day and later on same problem started... it no more burns CD now

POWER CALIBRATION FAILED......
can anybody help me... i had gone to repair shop also they did something and it worked fine on that day but after that same problem started...
i hope someone can really help me...
You need to update your drives firmware.
