What's so great about working for Disney?
I heard that working at the Disney Store is a very rewarding job. I can see that seeing as you'd get discounts and free tickets to the parks. But isn't that the only good thing about it? What's so great about the job and the people working there? The experience shouldn't be any different from working at Walmart or any other retail store right?
Disney workers were treated so badly that they sued many years ago. Things got better. But it is a place were the visitors have fun; not the workers. And you don't need any discounts at a specialty store. It is just a job..
