HID Plug And Play Kit for 04 Civic?
I started to look for a HID kit for my 04 Honda Civic and I am most likely going to purchase a plug and play kit and just use it with my factory headlights (I cant afford projectors or retros right now) I am not looking to do anything special just a 4500k, 5000k or 6000k kit. I have been looking on ebay and have read some people that say that they work fine others say that the powering is off and can screw the wires up. I want to know if any one has a 7th gen civic or has purchased a plug and play kit how long have you had it and where did you purchase them? I havent set my heart on buying a ebay kit I have been looking at other kits that are about 139.00. Hope to get some answers! thanks for your help in advance
plug and play you still have to do a retro to it. it just means it hook up to the factory stuff any way try XenTec they makes one that are plug and play. the stock projectors cant handle the extra light output so itll just be thrown out and cause it to go other places disstracting other drivers, which is why its illegal to change them unless it comes from company that makes your car but no one really cares so.. you should still get nice light output anyway =]
