i change my toshiba portege language from chinese to english from windows vista to xp but i lost the sound?
i had a toshiba portege m602 which is all in chinese so i change the software from windows vista to windows xp professional after doing it all the sound device is gone and lost the software of toshiba finger print what can i do do solve it

You lost your sound when you changed from vista to xp. You need to find and download the xp drivers for your sound chip. if you have ac97 or realtek sound find the link on toshibas website for installing the xp drivers on your computer. Your sound should return when you have the correct drivers.
