Computer printer cord freezing up computer?
I bought a (cheap) printer today. I usually use the printers on campus, but I've been selling on eBay and Amazon and want to be able to print out the shipping labels right from home.
Okay, so here is my problem. Every time I plug in the USB cord in both mine and my roommate's computers, the computer screen freezes up. When I remove the cord, my computer un-freezes again.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? The USB cord came separate from the computer, but fits just fine into the printer. Could it be because the printer was cheap, or is it something I'm doing wrong?
if u have installed the driver already ... i would try a different cord ..
