Webcam comes up white?
My friend and i started a webcam conversation on msn, when the webcams had established my webcam worked, but her webcam just came up plain white and i couldnt see her...
i restarted my msn but still it wouldnt work.
it must be something to do with my computer because she was able to go on webcam to my friends and they could see her....
but then again, my other friends were able to go on webcam to me and i could see them
i have attempted to fix the problem but i cant and i dont no how to fix it
any help?
Ask yourself these.
Is it old?
Did you try unplugging it and plugging it again?
Did you make sure nothing is covering the webcam?
Did you make sure it is plugged in correctly?
